This plant has lovely soft very pale cream pincushion flowers , which are often tinged with pale apricot, on long strong thin stems for picking, above a bushy plant which does well in the garden. It makes
a lovely soft addition to bouquets adding an old world look, and performs well in the garden also. Fata Morgana means a mirage, and the flowers of this plant seem to float in the evening against a background a little like a mirage.
