Sowing advice
Plants are sensitive to root disturbance so it is best to sow directly into the place that they are to grow — If you want to sow them in pots take care to transplant them as soon as they can be handled to avoid too much disturbance. Outdoors: Sow in early spring when soil temperatures reach 16°C. Indoors : Sow 4-6 weeks before the last frost. Also can be sown in autumn where winters are mild. Cover lightly with soil and keep moist .
