This is an early flowering branching stock variety. It is a wonderful cut flower with all of the style and scent you may wish for. The flowers have cream yellow centres with a touch of rose on the outer petal edges and they have a wonderful clove scent. Stems are approx 60cm long. Approx 55 % are likely to be double with the rest single to semi double. You can select for doubles by following the sowing advice below. The plant should be pinched to produce a good flower spray form.

Sowing advice
Sow seeds in spring and autumn on moist seed raising mix. Cover lightly with mix and keep moist at about 18 to 20 deg C. Germination takes about 14 days. Reduce the temperature as soon as the seedlings emerge to about 8 degrees C. If you want to select only doubles , look for seedlings with lighter leaves as they are more likely to produce double flowers while the seedlings with darker leaves are more likely to have single flowers. transplant into cell pots and grow on in cool temperatures. Transplant outside after the last frost.
