Description
Verbascum olympicum var album is a handsome plant to add architecture to a garden , having long white or cream spikes of flowers which can light up a dull garden especially if displayed against a dark background. It makes an imposing and stately plant for the garden and will fit in well with any colour scheme. It likes a dry spot in the garden and can be used as a pretty pot plant.
Sowing advice
Sow early autumn and late winter. Sow the seeds onto moist seed raising mix in pots or trays. Do not cover the seeds as light assists with germination. keep the seeds moist and at about 20 deg C.
