This lavender is a compact growing plant which grows well in containers. It has  dark purple flowers with large purple  bracts. It is a densely mounded , rich flowering plant , whose flowers last for a long time .  It flowers in the first year from seed, about 4 months after germination.  It has won the Fleuroselect award .
