Description
This euphorbia is a popular garden plant . It has the longest life of any of the euphorbias and produces strong stems of evergreen, blue-green leaves which terminate in extended narrow heads of bright yellow/green flowers. It is an easy care plant which is a great garden filler and will withstand dry, poor conditions well. It makes an excellent container plant. It can also tolerate high salinity and temperatures to minus 15 deg C.
Sowing advice
Can be sown at any time , but best sown in late spring to early summer, when temperatures are around 20 deg C. Sow seeds on the surface of moist seed raising mix , in cell pots or direct as they don’t like root disturbance , and cover lightly with mix . They will germinate somewhat irregularly , at 3 weeks and sometimes may take several months.
