This is the white form of echinacea purpurea.  It has pretty white petals with beautiful contrasting centres which are a browny orange.  It makes an excellent cut flower , as well as being a showy specimen for the garden, where it will contrast with all flower colours, and perform well for you so long as it has plenty of sun.  It flowers in the first year. It is used as a medicinal plant as well as for its beauty in the garden.
