Euphorbia stricta ‘Golden Foam’ seeds -(Tintern spurge)


A golden flowered euphorbia with sprays of very small flowers above reddish salmon coloured stems. useful in the garden and also as a cut flower.

This plant has red stems and bright green leaves. The flowers are golden yellow and the whole plant in flower resembles a golden flowered gypsophila plant.
It is great as a cut flower and also looks good in the garden
The plant reportedly will self seed .

Note that all parts of all Euphorbia species plants are toxic if ingested. Take care when handling the plants also as the sap can cause skin rashes.

Sowing advice
Sow at any time of the year in seed raising mix. Cover to their own depth with mix. Propagate at 15- 20 degrees C. Keep moist but not waterlogged. Germination can be slow and erratic, taking from 2 weeks to several months. If germination does not occur cold stratify. Move to 4°C for 3 months then return to the warmth.
