Description

This plant has beautiful new blooms which are a soft peach turning to dusky russet rose as they age. The foliage is a soft fernlike shape. These are wonderful plants , being very drought tolerant and blooming all of the summer, and will fill the odd spaces that you have in the front of the garden border. Although the flowers don’t last more than a few days, they are quickly replaced by others, and are often used as a cut flower for wedding work.

Sowing advice

Sow the seeds directly as they resent being disturbed. Sow after danger of frost has passed. Sow 1mm deep into prepared soil that has been raked to a fine tilth. Germination takes 14-21 days at 20°C. Thin seedlings to 15cm spacing by early summer.
