Description
This plant , which won the prestigious fleuroselect award for its class, has large double golden yellow blooms . It will flower the first year from seed from midsummer until the first frost, and is extremely floriferous. It is a compact plant growing to about 45 cm with flowers,willwitstand drought well and is a sturdy plant for front of the sunny border bringing light and contrast to any area which is a bit dull.
Sowing advice
Sow in spring in trays or pots.Surface sow onto moist well-drained seed compost. Lightly cover seed with soil. Propagate 20-25°C. Germination takes 21-30 days. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to 8cm pots. Acclimatise and plant out after danger of frost has passed with 50cm spacing.
