Sowing Advice

Indoors: Sow in autumn and spring. Sow in cell packs, in moist seed raising mix.  Cover with 6mm of  fine soil and firm lightly. Germinate at  10-15 °C for 14-28 days .  Grow seedlings on  at  cooler temps to prevent rapid soft growth. Centaureas do not transplant well so grow in cell pots to minimise root disturbance when transplanting.
