Description
This is one of the darkest of red amaranths.
Its color and form is ideal for flower arrangements, especially in the autumn. It has gracefully arched, feathery plumes, which make it very much easier to use in floral arrangements than some of the other upright forms. When plants are young and leaves are tender, the foliage can be eaten as a green.
